We know that leadership is a key issue at some level in virtually every school in the county.  Highly effective leadership is second only to practice in the classroom for improving pupil outcomes.  We are delighted to be able to present as a single framework the LeadLincs Ladder, a holistic offer of leadership development for leaders in Lincolnshire’s schools.  

The ladder clearly signposts the leadership development programmes or networks that will be  available from LTT, from stepping into a middle or first leadership position, up to established Headteacher and system leader level.  More details will be available from Summer 2020 - until then you can see the attached flyer (at the bottom of the page) to find out what development opportunities are at each step of the ladder including the suite of NPQs and apprenticeships available.
